Administrative Lead (Full-time)

City Life Church is seeking a highly organized and capable Administrative Lead to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations across both our church and school environments. This is a leadership role focused on bringing clarity, accountability, and operational consistency to areas such as finance coordination, budgeting, reporting, HR administration, workflows, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in structured environments, can confidently manage multiple moving parts, and enjoys building systems that help teams operate effectively. This role works closely with leadership to ensure budgeting processes, audits, reporting cycles, payroll coordination, contracts, and operational workflows are executed smoothly and on time.

This individual will also lead and support administrative and finance team members, helping ensure responsibilities are clearly owned and communication between church and school departments remains aligned and efficient. We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to create order in fast-moving environments.

Skills, Education & Experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and systems-thinking ability
• Experience overseeing administrative operations, finance coordination, budgeting, reporting, or office management
• Comfortable managing teams, workflows, timelines, and recurring operational cycles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems, spreadsheets, payroll coordination, and administrative software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with professionalism and discretion
• Post-secondary education in business, administration, finance, operations, or a related field is considered an asset
• Previous experience in a leadership, operations, administrative management, or organizational support role preferred
• Experience working in a church, school, non-profit, or multi-department environment is beneficial

HR & People Operations Coordinator (Part-time)

City Life Church is looking for an HR & People Operations Coordinator to help support and care for the people systems that serve both our church and school teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring hiring, onboarding, contracts, employee records, benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR systems are organized, accurate, and consistently maintained.

The successful candidate will help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records and HR systems such as BambooHR, support payroll and compensation coordination, and assist with annual contract administration for school staff. This role also supports benefits administration, policy updates, training coordination, and maintaining reliable HR processes across the organization.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and care. The right person will enjoy creating structure, helping leaders stay supported, and ensuring staff experience clarity and consistency throughout their employment journey.

Skills, Education & Experience
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care
• Comfortable working with HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, recurring administrative cycles, and multiple priorities effectively

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred

Ministry Team

Preschool (Ages 0 - 5) Ministry Coordinator (Part-time)

City Life Church is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Preschool Ministry Coordinator (for kids aged 0 - 5) to help lead and support our Children’s Ministry environments each week. This part-time role includes approximately two weekdays of preparation and administration, along with Sunday morning leadership and coordination responsibilities.

The Preschool Ministry Coordinator will be responsible for volunteer scheduling, communication, classroom readiness, curriculum coordination, and creating welcoming environments for children and families. This role helps ensure Sundays run smoothly by supporting volunteers, preparing ministry spaces, troubleshooting issues, and helping families feel cared for and connected.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, relational warmth, consistency, and a genuine heart for children and families. The ideal candidate enjoys working with volunteers, building healthy team culture, and creating environments where kids can feel safe, welcomed, and engaged.

Skills, Education & Experience
• Strong organization, communication, and volunteer coordination skills
• Warm, welcoming, and relational personality with a heart for children and families
• Ability to lead calmly and effectively in fast-paced Sunday environments
• Dependable with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable coordinating schedules, supplies, curriculum, and team communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with ministry leaders and volunteers
• Previous experience serving in children’s ministry, volunteer coordination, education, childcare, or similar environments is preferred
• Bible college or ministry training is beneficial but not required
• Experience leading teams or coordinating volunteers is considered an asset
• A strong alignment with the mission, values, and culture of City Life Church is important

This role works closely with the Ministries Director and other ministry leaders to support a healthy and growing children’s ministry.
