This role helps ensure the day-to-day administrative operations of City Life and Highroad run smoothly, reliably, and with clear ownership. The Administrative Lead
oversees core systems related to finance, workflows, HR coordination, reporting, and administration while leading a growing support team across both environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building healthy systems, and helping teams function well together.

HR & People Operations Coordinator
A people-focused operations role that helps create consistency, clarity, and care throughout the employee experience.

The HR & People Operations Coordinator supports the systems and processes that help staff feel supported and organized throughout their journey with the organization — from hiring and onboarding to contracts, benefits, records, and HR administration.

This role works closely with leadership, finance, and administration teams to ensure our people systems are accurate, reliable, and functioning smoothly across both church and school environments.
